Shipping is slipping. Last two orders have taken over 48 business hours to ship. Stays in Pre-Shipment for days. Ordered on Tuesday before Memorial Day, didn’t ship until Friday so missed the long weekend. Ordered last Thursday, still in Pre-Shipment on Tuesday. Reached out to CS, who was unprofessional, unapologetic, & not helpful.
